US students among the class of 2011
Undergraduates from the US were among the thousands of fellow students celebrating their graduation from the University during Graduation Week.
The graduation ceremonies, which take place over five days at the Philharmonic Hall, are the pinnacle of a student’s time at the University and this month more than 4,200 graduates came together to celebrate their achievements.
The undergraduates from the US and their postgraduate counterparts who will graduate in December will join our 1,100-strong alumni community based across all 50 states.
Among the class of 2011 are students who have completed their degree online in their home city. Through our partnership with US-based Laureate Online Education, the University is Europe’s largest provider of online degrees, and more than 200 students are currently completing a Liverpool programme in the US.
