About University of Liverpool in America Inc
University of Liverpool in America Inc exists to enable our alumni based in the United States to retain and develop their connection with the University of Liverpool and to build philanthropic support for the University and its activities.
University of Liverpool in America Inc is an independent, not-for-profit organisation, tax exempt under Sector 501 (c) (3) of the US Internal Revenue Code and is governed by an independent Board of Directors.
Gifts to University of Liverpool in America Inc are deductible to the extent allowed by law.
The Foundation, at its discretion, makes donations to support the University and its activities. The Board of Directors have adopted two key areas of the Strategic Plan as a focus for grants to the University. However the board will make every effort to adhere to the wishes of individual donors and direct funds to their chosen area of support.
